Fresh details have emerged from an interim police investigation into the activities of an alleged fake government agency known as the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC).
The probe, launched by the Nigeria Police Force, follows a petition from the Office of the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila.
Sources say the investigation centers on allegations of forgery and impersonation, with the suspects accused of operating a bogus body to defraud unsuspecting victims.
The report is expected to be submitted soon, as authorities work to unravel the full extent of the scheme.
