Police arrested a 37‑year‑old man in Santiago for alleged sexual abuse of four minors aged 7 to 15. The suspect, identified as Luis Manuel Ortiz Fermín, was apprehended in the Camboya sector after a judicial warrant (No. 2026‑AJ0092881) was issued. Ortiz Fermín, who is also known by the alias “Víctor,” was taken into custody by the National Police and handed over to the Public Ministry for further investigation. According to the police report, the alleged victims are 7, 12, 13, and 15 years old. Their identities are being withheld to protect their privacy and rights, in accordance with legal provisions.
