**Indonesian Tech Platform s.id Launches Updated Mobile App for Small Businesses**

*Jakarta, 30 August 2026* – Indonesian technology platform s.id announced the release of an updated version of its s.id Mobile application, aimed at helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) and content creators manage their digital links and microsites from smartphones.

In a statement to Antara News on Sunday, s.id Chief Executive Officer Dimaz Maulana emphasized the growing importance of mobile access as users increasingly rely on smartphones to handle their digital identities. “We want to ensure that anyone—from UMKM operators to content creators—can optimize their links and microsites within seconds, anywhere and anytime,” Maulana said.

The new mobile app allows users to perform a range of tasks without needing a desktop computer, including:

– Creating and editing short links to replace long URLs for easier sharing on social media, messaging apps, and other digital channels.
– Updating bio links and microsite content directly from a mobile device.
– Accessing analytics that show click counts, user locations, and traffic sources.
– Generating QR codes for contact sharing or promotional purposes.
– Using the “s.id shop” feature to sell digital products, create payment links, and monitor transactions through the app.

These functionalities are intended to support UMKM operators who may need to modify information or links while on the move, thereby streamlining digital marketing and sales processes.

The announcement follows recent initiatives by Indonesia’s internet domain registry PANDI to promote digital marketing solutions and by the Ministry of Digital Economy to encourage UMKM adoption of digital transactions.
