**Expansion of Beira-Feruka Fuel Pipeline Planned to Bolster Energy Security**
A major expansion project for the Beira-Feruka fuel pipeline is underway, aimed at strengthening Zimbabwe’s energy security and increasing the profitability of the National Oil Infrastructure Company of Zimbabwe (NOIC).
The initiative is expected to enhance financial returns for the Mutapa Investment Fund, which oversees the state-owned asset. According to reports, the project is being executed as a joint venture, with the goal of maximizing the utility and value of one of the country’s most critical pieces of energy infrastructure.
The pipeline serves as a primary conduit for fuel imports into Zimbabwe. By increasing its capacity, officials anticipate a more reliable supply chain and improved economic performance for the entities involved in its management.
