Phillip Edward Alexander Denies Defamation Claims, Legal Action Possible

Political commentator Phillip Edward Alexander has strongly denied allegations reportedly made against him by fellow commentator Winston Ragoo, labeling the claims as false and suggesting that legal action may be forthcoming. In a statement shared on his social media platform, Alexander emphasized that Ragoo would have the chance to address these allegations in court, reiterating his position that the statements made about him are untrue.

In his post, Alexander warned his supporters about the legal risks of reposting or disseminating potentially defamatory content, stressing that such actions could expose individuals to legal consequences. He pointed out that he has previously faced defamation lawsuits, underscoring the serious nature of the situation. Notably, he referenced attorney Randall Mitchell, hinting at the legal complexities involved.

Adding to the controversy, Alexander mentioned a document related to what he termed a ‘UNC Cabal document,’ which he claimed has drawn the interest of law enforcement. He cautioned his followers to verify any materials before sharing them online, as circulating such documents could lead to unintended legal ramifications.

The ongoing dispute has created significant buzz on social media, as political tensions rise and public exchanges become more heated. As of now, there has been no official court ruling concerning the allegations mentioned in Alexander’s statement, leaving the matter open to further developments.
