The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) has announced plans to build 63 affordable housing units in the Sharswood neighborhood. The $27 million project, which will be named the Dwight Evans Senior Residences, is slated to occupy the site at the intersection of 20th Street and Cecil B. The PHA is inviting community input and encouraging residents to contact PlanPhilly reporters with questions or story ideas related to the development.
