A 23-year-old woman was killed in Penal, and her boyfriend was later found dead at the same location . The victim has been identified as Giselle Ougrah, who celebrated her 23rd birthday last Monday. She was a hairdresser.
Her boyfriend has been identified as 26-year-old Stefon Khandan, of Sundarsingh Trace, Penal.
The b0dies of the couple were discovered by a relative of Khandan.
Police believe Ougrah was fatally stabbed during the incident. Khandan was also found dead.
