Paz: “Las Fuerzas Armadas pertenecen a Bolivia, a su democracia y a su Constitución”

Bolivian President Rodrigo Paz stated on Friday that the country’s Armed Forces belong to Bolivia, its democracy, and its Constitution, rather than to a political party, individual, or temporary government. President Paz made this statement during a military parade held in El Alto, which was organized to commemorate the country’s independence and 201 years of national history.
