Panama Signs $60 Million Loan with World Bank to Modernize and Digitalize Land Registry
The government of Panama has signed a loan agreement with the World Bank for $60 million to modernize and digitalize the country’s land registry. According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the objective of the project is to unify territorial information into a single digital platform, aiming to make procedures faster, more transparent, and secure.
