Šok za Bilića! Jedan od ključnih igrača reprezentacije neće doći na okupljanje

Luka Kramarić has declined to attend the Croatian national team’s training camp, a decision that was communicated directly to coach Zlatko Bilić. The 35‑year‑old forward, who has been a mainstay of the “Vatreni” for years, will therefore miss the upcoming matches against England and the Czech Republic. Bilić had listed Kramarić among the players expected to travel to the camp, but the striker chose to skip the gathering. He has not made a public statement, leaving the possibility of a return to the squad open. The decision may be linked to his recent return from injury and his focus on regaining form with Hoffenheim, where he has been working to rebuild his fitness. Kramarić’s absence is significant. He has earned 119 caps for Croatia and scored 36 goals, including several crucial strikes in major tournaments. His experience and leadership have been valuable assets for the national side. The coach will announce the final squad on Saturday at 13:00. Among the players considered for the forward positions are Ivan Matanović, Dion Drena Beljo, Ante Budimir, and Petar Musa. It remains to be seen whether Kramarić’s withdrawal is a temporary measure or the beginning of a more permanent departure from international football.
