A 19-year-old, identified as Jaheem Glasshow, was apprehended by an off-duty regiment officer after a home robbery took place in Fyzabad on August 16, 2025. The victim was confronted at his home on Delhi Road by two men in dark clothing and masks, one of them armed. The assailants robbed the man of a gold chain worth TT$30,000 before fleeing the scene. The victim quickly informed his neighbors of the incident through a community WhatsApp chat. While on patrol, the officer noticed two individuals matching the suspects’ description and apprehended Glasshow, who was carrying a loaded Smith & Wesson pistol.
