Nusco, one of Romania’s leading real‑estate developers, has entered into a financing agreement with Exim Banca Românească for 21.4 million euros.
The deal is intended to refinance selected assets within Nusco’s portfolio and to provide funding for the company’s ongoing investment projects.
Exim Banca Românească has said that supporting companies with solid development plans is part of its strategy, although the full statement was not quoted in the announcement.
