NAPSA Implements New Pension Reforms

The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) has implemented new pension reforms under the National Pension Scheme Act Number 72 of 2026. As a result, over 17,800 pensioners across Zambia have begun receiving higher monthly pensions. The reforms came into effect following the enactment of the new law and the issuance of a Statutory Instrument. According to NAPSA, the changes are aimed at improving the pension scheme for its beneficiaries.
