HC Davos began the new season with two consecutive defeats, losing to Bern and Zug over the weekend.
The Swiss ice hockey club was unable to secure a win in either match, with the first loss coming against Bern and the second against Zug.
Local media described the team’s performance as sluggish, noting that the players appeared “sleepy” during the opening minutes of play.
Defender Lukas Frick said the club must address defensive shortcomings and improve overall play immediately, calling for a swift turnaround.
The club’s top scorer was absent from both games, a factor that contributed to the losses.
