A mother whose daughter was reportedly missing for 26 days has publicly praised Shamsuddin Ayub and the Hunters Search and Rescue Team, saying she received results within two and a half days of contacting the group.
Speaking in a recorded conversation with Ayub and members of his team, the woman expressed relief that her daughter was back home and thanked the volunteers for their assistance.
The mother claimed that her earlier interactions with another search and rescue member, whom she identified as Hulkman, had not produced the same results.
She further alleged that she had been discouraged from contacting Ayub’s team during the search.
According to the mother, that changed after contact was eventually established with the Hunters Search and Rescue Team.
She described the response as fast and confirmed that she had not been pressured into making her public statement.
During the conversation, Ayub raised concerns about reports that some families of missing persons were allegedly being told not to contact his organisation.
He urged the public to seek assistance from experienced search and rescue personnel when loved ones go missing, stressing that his team was willing to help anyone in need.
Ayub also maintained that his organisation did not discriminate when responding to requests for assistance.
The mother’s account highlights the importance of cooperation and timely communication during missing-person investigations.
Her allegations concerning the other search team member have not been independently verified, and the recording does not establish the full circumstances surrounding her daughter’s disappearance or recovery.
For the mother, however, the outcome was what mattered most: after 26 days of uncertainty, she said her daughter was finally back home.
