Monaco Parkings, the public parking management service of the Principality, has announced the launch of a single telephone number for all customer inquiries. The new number, 98 98 28 00, is now the exclusive contact point for users seeking assistance with parking services.
The service features an interactive voice response (IVR) system that directs callers to the appropriate department, including customer support, online booking for Salines parking, or the claims and requests division. This replaces all previously published numbers, which have been deactivated.
Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside these hours or when all lines are busy, callers will receive an informational message prompting them to send an email request. The email address is available on the Monaco Parkings website.
This initiative is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to modernize public services and simplify administrative procedures. The new hotline aims to ensure faster response times, smoother handling of requests, and better coordination among teams.
