In a heartwarming turn of events, Nickela Lee has been reunited with her family. The Arima Police Station officers played a pivotal role in this reunion, as they were the ones who found her and then escorted her to the Arima Hospital for a thorough check-up.
While at the hospital, a thoughtful doctor reached out to Human Services and Rescue Team (HSRT), in order to bring her relatives into the loop. This commendable action expedited her reunion with her family and made sure she was surrounded by familiar faces in a time of confusion.
Throughout this period, a female Police Officer from South West Trinidad maintained consistent communication with the HSRT. Her familiarity with Nickela played a key role in ensuring a smooth process.
The community also rallied behind the search for Nickela, with numerous individuals calling and messaging about her location and wellbeing. Their concern and support was heartening to witness and played a substantial role in the successful resolution of this situation. Expressions of gratitude have been extended to all involved, with the shared sentiment being ‘God is Great’.
