An autopsy is set to be conducted on the remains of Homadath Sookdeo, a 44-year-old man found dead in Tyrico Bay. Sookdeo, who had been reported missing after failing to attend a family gathering, was discovered by visitors to the bay on Sunday, his body concealed in bushes near the main car park. His hands and feet were bound, and his mouth gagged, but no visible gunshot or stab wounds were found. Police suggest he may have been killed elsewhere and his body dumped at the bay. His missing vehicle was found in Maracas. Sookdeo, who lived alone after separating from his wife, worked as a supervisor at Kallco Ltd and managed a rental property. The tenants, who are Venezuelan nationals, have been untraceable since the incident.
