The Dominican Republic Ministry of Labor conducted a child labor prevention initiative at the Gregorio Luperon School, located in the Vista del Valle sector of San Francisco de Macoris. The event is part of a broader government effort to protect the rights of children and adolescents and to prevent their premature entry into the labor market.
As part of this initiative, the ministry is implementing scientific tools designed to identify and mitigate risks associated with child labor. These measures aim to strengthen institutional capacity for monitoring and intervention in areas where children may be vulnerable to exploitation.
