Minister Watts Praises MMA, Wrestling Presidents for Service

In a recent meeting, the Honourable Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, Phillip Watts, congratulated the presidents of the Mixed Martial Arts Association and the Olympic Wrestling and Beach Wrestling Federation of Trinidad and Tobago for their official recognition as national sporting organizations. Both presidents, Mr. Adam Chin Leung Kam and Mr. Kerry Grant, were acknowledged for their years of commitment and leadership in promoting their respective disciplines across the country. The Minister expressed optimism about the future growth of mixed martial arts, wrestling, and beach wrestling on the national sports scene. The meeting further highlighted the Ministry’s continued dedication to support recognized sporting bodies and to encourage local, regional, and international success for athletes.
