The Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (Minerd) announced on Thursday that a technical failure in its systems and connectivity services is temporarily disrupting processes and services at both its central headquarters and regional offices. In a statement posted on the ministry’s social media accounts, Minerd said that technical teams are working urgently to resolve the issue. The ministry apologized for the inconvenience and thanked the public for its understanding. It added that it will provide an update through the same channels once the problem has been fixed.
