In today’s society, the emotional well-being of men is often overlooked, primarily due to the pervasive influence of toxic masculinity and traditional gender norms. From a young age, boys are taught to suppress their feelings, equating vulnerability with weakness. This societal expectation not only inhibits their ability to express emotions but also fosters isolation during times of distress.

The implications of this emotional suppression are significant.
