A manhunt is currently underway for two suspects involved in a shooting incident that occurred in St. James shortly before 11 PM on Monday, August 11, 2025. According to reports, a man and his female companion were at Finland Street to collect money from an acquaintance when they were approached by two armed men who opened fire on their vehicle. Fortunately, the victims escaped unharmed and fled the scene. Local police from the St. James Police Station responded swiftly to the situation. The assailants managed to evade capture by fleeing into nearby streets and disappearing into the Western Cemetery. Authorities are actively pursuing multiple leads, and an arrest is expected soon as the investigation continues.
