A man in Bon Air North, D’Abadie has been brought before the Arima Third Magistrates’ Court on charges of impersonating a doctor. 39-year-old Timothy Malchan was accused of using medical titles without the necessary registration, presenting himself as a doctor without proper credentials, and diagnosing human ailments without a medical license. Despite the severity of these allegations, Malchan pleaded not guilty before Magistrate Ali. He was subsequently granted bail at $50,000 and is expected to reappear in court on June 17, 2026.
