Segrid Vonthor Theron Hordatt, a 44-year-old resident of San Antonio Street, San Juan, was found dead in his home after an unfortunate weightlifting accident. He was last seen alive by his caretaker around 7:30 am on Monday as he was working out. The caretaker, who departed shortly after, returned around 10:00 am to find Hordatt unconscious with a bench press bar and weights lying on him. Emergency services were alerted but Hordatt was declared dead at the scene. The authorities are investigating the incident and are awaiting the post-mortem examination results for definitive cause of death.
