The grapes are cultivated on the slopes of Mount Yamaska in Saint-Paul-d’Abbotsford by David Guertin and Robert Lafont, while Robert’s sister, Isabelle Lafont, handles the winemaking process, employing a gentle extraction method to bring out the natural fruitiness and smoothness of the Petite Perle grape.
With an alcohol content of 11.5%, this wine offers a juicy and lightweight taste experience. Despite its lightness, it leaves a satisfying and complete impression. Les P’tits Tannants 2024 can be served chilled, at a temperature of 14°C, and pairs well with a variety of dishes, from burgers to eggplant parmesan.
