Argentina’s Automotive Production Sees 16% Decline in July, Export Growth Offers Support
According to recent data, Argentina’s automotive production experienced a 16% decline in July. During the month, a total of 31,189 vehicles were manufactured, marking a significant decrease in production and wholesale sales.
In contrast, the country’s automotive export sector saw a 28.3% year-over-year increase. Despite the overall decline in production and domestic sales, the growth in exports helped to sustain the industry’s activity. The Argentine automotive industry has continued to demonstrate a strong performance in export sales, which have become a vital component of the sector’s overall performance.
