Klook Takes Creator Commerce Beyond Influence With Kreator Shops

**Klook Expands Creator‑Commerce Platform with New “Kreator Shops” Feature**

*Phú Quốc, Vietnam – September 1, 2026* – Online travel experiences platform Klook announced the launch of an upgraded “Kreator Shops” service at its annual KREATORVERSE 2026 summit. The rollout, announced at the event in Phú Quốc, will be made available to more than 30,000 creators—referred to as “Kreators”— operating in 88 markets worldwide.

The new Kreator Shops tool consolidates a creator’s travel recommendations into a single, always‑on storefront link. Instead of attaching individual affiliate links to each piece of content, creators can now present a curated selection of attractions, tours, hotels, food‑and‑beverage venues, and transport options through one URL that fans can browse and book directly.

Marcus Yong, Vice President of Global Marketing at Klook, said the update reflects a shift in how influence is measured. “Influence isn’t disappearing, but what it means to be influential is changing. Our Kreators aren’t just sharing travel content, they’re actively inspiring movement. Follower counts and reach are only one aspect of influence, with trust being the key currency that actually drives action,” Yong said.

Key features of the Kreator Shops platform include:

– **Single‑link storefront** that aggregates a creator’s full range of recommendations.
– **Embedded social‑native content** that allows audiences to move directly from social media posts to booking pages.
– **Open access** for creators of any experience level, from seasoned travel influencers to newcomers.
– **Customizable layouts** to match each creator’s branding and audience preferences.

Klook cited its “Travel Pulse 2026” study, which found that 80 % of travelers have booked a travel experience after a creator’s recommendation, and more than one‑third cited a micro‑ or niche creator rather than a celebrity as the decisive factor. The company reported that creator‑led travel bookings increased by 246 % in 2025, and that average bookings per active Kreator rose 36 % after the introduction of Kreator Shops.

Since the launch of the Klook Kreator Program in 2023, the company says the creator network has grown to over 30,000 members across 88 markets. The “Kreator’s Picks” initiative now offers access to more than 1,500 experiences across eight key destinations, with Mainland China and Vietnam added in 2026. KREATORVERSE events have also expanded, from a single global summit in 2024 to five regional editions in 2026, providing creators opportunities for networking and learning.

Klook describes itself as a pan‑regional experiences platform that digitalizes travel activities across the Asia‑Pacific region. The company’s mobile‑first platform aggregates a variety of experiences for travelers worldwide.

The announcement was distributed via a PRNewswire press release. ANI noted that it does not assume responsibility for the content of the release.
