Kiss Fanatic’s Face-Paint Fence: A Tribute in Altona Meadows

Visitors to Phil Cassar’s home in Altona Meadows will notice a new addition to his backyard—one that is as striking as it is unsurprising. The Kiss fanatic, who boasts one of Australia’s largest collections of memorabilia from the iconic rock band, has painted a vivid face-paint mural on his fence.

Cassar, who also runs a Kiss Facebook page with 9000 followers, says the mural was a natural extension of his passion. The design replicates the band’s signature black-and-white warpaint, a staple of their theatrical performances.

Neighbours and passersby have stopped to admire the artwork, which has quickly become a local talking point. Cassar hopes it inspires other fans to showcase their love for music in creative ways.

For now, the fence stands as a colorful testament to decades of fandom, proving that for some, devotion to a band never fades.
