Kawempe Muslim will begin their FUFA Women Super League title defence on Saturday as the 2026/27 season officially gets underway.
The Valley Warriors, fresh from winning the regional qualifiers for the CAF Women’s Champions League, are expected to carry that confidence into their opening match of the new season.
They will face newly promoted side Jinja United Women at St. Mary’s Stadium.
The match marks the start of Kawempe Muslim’s campaign to retain the league title after last season’s triumph.
