Johnny Torres Elected President of FAM Bolivia
Johnny Torres Terzo, the mayor of Tarija, has been elected as the new president of the Federation of Municipal Associations of Bolivia (FAM-Bolivia). This position gives him the responsibility of representing the country’s municipal governments. The election puts Tarija in a leadership position in national municipal representation, from which Torres will be expected to promote the interests of local governments.
