Jax Taylor kërkon nga Brittany Cartwright 17 mijë dollarë në muaj mbështetje bashkëshortore

Jax Taylor, 47, the reality‑TV star known for his role on “The Valley,” has filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court seeking $17,000 per month in spousal support from his former wife, Brittany Cartwright. The request was made public after a court document was released by Us Weekly on Friday. Taylor’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told Page Six that Taylor had originally intended to resolve the matter privately and amicably without seeking spousal support. Kaplan said that “the circumstances changed” after Cartwright allegedly engaged in a “targeted and ongoing campaign” that he claims harmed Taylor’s reputation and career. Kaplan emphasized that the request is not a “harassment” but a “reasonable request for financial support” as Taylor focuses on “rebuilding his life and his son.” According to the court filing, Taylor’s average monthly income is $30,334, derived from acting, reality‑TV appearances, television hosting, and podcast production. His estimated monthly expenses are $28,944. Kaplan also cited that Cartwright’s company earned more than $630,000 in gross revenue between January and May of the current year. Kaplan further alleged that Cartwright has delayed the proceedings by failing to submit updated financial statements. Cartwright’s side of the dispute emerged in August 2023, when she filed a protective order alleging that Taylor had subjected her to “financial, emotional, and psychological abuse,” “gaslighting,” and physical violence. Her attorney has not yet responded to Page Six. Taylor and Cartwright separated in early 2024 after five years of marriage. Cartwright filed for divorce in August, and the parties reached a custody agreement in March. The agreement provides that Taylor has custody of their five‑year‑old son, Cruz, on Wednesday evenings and every other weekend, while Cartwright has the remaining time. Both parents share legal custody, and Cartwright retains decision‑making authority over medical matters.
