Investment Minister: We aim to increase Egyptian exports to India, attract more Indian investments

**CAIRO** — Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Mohamed Farid Saleh stated on Friday, August 7, 2026, that Egypt and India share expanding strategic relations.

Saleh highlighted ongoing efforts to elevate these ties into comprehensive productive and investment partnerships. He also emphasized the objectives of increasing Egyptian exports to the Indian market and attracting higher levels of Indian investment to Egypt.
