The Cayman Islands has increased the personal duty‑free allowance for residents, effective 1 September 2026.
The temporary summer allowance of CI$1,000, which had applied to travellers during the summer months, ended on 31 August 2026.
Under the new permanent allowance, residents may bring up to CI$800
