Venezuela’s National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inameh) has issued a forecast for Thursday indicating rainfall across several regions of the country. According to the agency, the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will generate cloudy areas with variable-intensity precipitation, some accompanied by electrical activity. The regions expected to be affected include the East, North Central, Central and Western Plains, Central West, and the South. The rest of the country will experience fragmented cloud cover and isolated showers. Residents in the affected areas are advised to take necessary precautions against possible flooding or lightning strikes.
