Ian Alleyne Thanks O’Brian Haynes as He Transitions from Synergy TV to I.A.N Network

In a heartfelt farewell, Ian Alleyne praised O’Brian Haynes for the pivotal role he played in Alleyne’s media career. During a recent event, Alleyne recalled the major challenges he faced after leaving CNC3 in 2016, a period he described as incredibly difficult. Lacking a platform and facing financial struggles, he said he was at a low point with his house unfinished and funds depleted.

Alleyne, however, remembered the day he received an unexpected call from O’Brian Haynes, the general manager of Synergy TV. Haynes, known for his efforts to transform Synergy’s entertainment focus, offered Alleyne an opportunity that would prove to be a turning point in his career. “I will never forget… it was the same night,” Alleyne recounted, detailing how this chance reignited his path in the media industry.

This collaboration helped Alleyne establish himself once again, leading him to found the I.A.N Network—a move that marks a significant milestone as he departs Synergy TV. The budding network has experienced notable growth across numerous platforms, boasting impressive viewership numbers.

Reflecting on their journey, Alleyne expressed deep gratitude to Haynes for believing in him when others did not, crediting his success to the supportive breakthrough provided by Synergy TV. He acknowledged Haynes’ decision as crucial, especially in a media environment where risks are often scrutinized for potential repercussions.

As Ian Alleyne moves forward with his new venture, he carries with him lessons from their collaboration, aiming to solidify his legacy within the Caribbean media landscape.
