Kujtim Muriqi, 29, and Evelina Sara Pia Axelsson, 24, have become the new owners of the property at Kapellgatan 12 in Åstorp. The transfer of ownership was completed in September 2026, with a purchase price of 1 250 000 kr. The previous owner had bought the house in December 2024 for 1 180 000 kr. The dwelling has a living area of 65 m². The property was sold again shortly after its initial purchase.
