Barbados health authorities are urging parents to ensure their children are fully vaccinated against measles, mumps, and rubella. Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kenneth George highlighted the importance of immunization as outbreaks increase internationally, including in North America and parts of Asia. Officials stressed that maintaining high vaccination rates is critical to preventing severe illness and protecting public health across the island.
