Health Ministry Employee Murdered in Daylight Shooting, Son Witnesses Tragedy

In a shocking incident on Thursday evening, Masud Prosper, a 49-year-old resident of Belmont, was murdered in a brazen shooting at the Queen’s Park Savannah. The attack occurred in broad daylight around 5:30 pm, while Prosper was seated in his vehicle. He had arrived at the park to pick up his 9-year-old son from football practice. Tragically, the young boy was a witness to the horrifying event. Prosper, an employee of the Ministry of Health, was shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries on the scene. The authorities are investigating the incident.
