Gulf Air opens bookings for Kuala Lumpur ahead of F1 Grand Prix

Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has commenced accepting bookings for its direct flights between Bahrain International Airport and Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The flights are scheduled to begin on September 29, 2026. This expansion of Gulf Air’s international network aims to strengthen links between Bahrain and Malaysia. The introduction of the Kuala Lumpur route coincides with the upcoming F1 Grand Prix, suggesting the airline is anticipating increased demand for travel to the Malaysian capital.
