A destination wedding for Nikhil Ruparel and Jigyasa was held on August 29 at the Araliya Beach Resort in Sri Lanka. The ceremony, described by organizers as a “grand” celebration, featured a guest list that included political figures, business leaders and entertainment personalities from India and Sri Lanka.
Former Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena attended the event as chief guest. He was accompanied by Dudley Sirisena, the owner of the Araliya Group, which operates the resort. Other notable attendees listed by the organizers were:
