Government Absent at Day of Prayer Event

In an unexpected turn of events, not a single government member or representative made an appearance at today’s Day of Prayer event. The event, held at the Divali Nagar site, was intended to replace the annual Independence Day parade, which was cancelled this year by the UNC Government due to security concerns. Despite these concerns, government members attended a CPL match last night in Tarouba. The Prime Minister has yet to deliver any Independence Day message, either live or pre-recorded, adding to the public’s disappointment.
