Govern deixa la porta oberta a noves destinacions aèries si queda marge dels cinc milions d’euros de l’actual concurs

**Andorran Government Opens Door to New Air Routes if €5 Million Margin Remains**

The Andorran government has announced that it will consider new airline services to Paris, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca from the Andorra‑la‑Seu airport starting in 2027, provided that a margin of at least €5 million remains from the current tender.

Under the new set of bases, the three destinations are defined as minimum routes that must be guaranteed. The government is therefore looking for an airline willing to take over the existing connections to these cities.

Companies interested in participating have less than two weeks to submit their applications. The Secretary of State for Transport, Transition, Energy and Mobility, David [surname not provided], said that the government had “done everything possible” to encourage competition in the sector.

The announcement was reported by *El Periòdic d’Andorra* and follows the government’s recent review of the current airline tender.
