Gio’s Express Car Wash Closing After Two Years In Business

More than 600 vehicles washed in just two weeks, a new business born, and two years of memories. Now, the owner of Gio’s Express Car Wash says it is time to move on.

In a video announcement, the businessman revealed that he has decided to bring the car wash operation to an end after two years, reflecting on its early success and the opportunities it created.

According to the owner, the business washed more than 600 vehicles during its first two weeks of operation. However, what appears to hold even greater significance for him is that The Soup Deli, another of his business ventures, originated at the location.

Despite describing the experience as amazing, he explained that business owners must sometimes recognise when it is time to adapt, change direction and pursue new opportunities.

He pointed to his involvement in several businesses, including The Soup Deli, clothing and car rentals, as examples of having the flexibility to explore different ventures.

And he is not simply closing the doors. He is selling practically everything.

The owner announced that the entire car wash setup is available for purchase, including the roofing structure, equipment, cameras, electrical installations, plumbing and lift.

He acknowledged that he is unlikely to recover everything he invested but believes the equipment could benefit another entrepreneur.

Interested buyers have been invited to visit the location and make an offer.

No asking price or specific final operating date was disclosed.

Rather than presenting the decision as a failure, the businessman framed it as an example of knowing when to change direction.

His message to other entrepreneurs was simple: never be afraid to adapt, switch things up and move on to the next opportunity.
