GCTU and Celltel Networks sign MoU to transform university into smart campus

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Celltel Networks Limited, Kludjeson Institute of Technology, and Cisco Academy. The agreement aims to convert GCTU into a smart campus.

Under the partnership, the university expects to enhance internet connectivity, broaden digital access, and reinforce technology‑driven teaching, learning, innovation, and professional certification programmes.
