Former Police Commissioner, Gary Griffith, is accusing Government Minister Philip Alexander of dodging a face-to-face confrontation during Carnival festivities. This follows claims by Alexander about Griffith’s family that have stirred the pot of controversy.
In an attempt to shed light on the situation, Griffith announced his intention to release a video from a Carnival encounter at the Queen’s Park Oval. In the video, Griffith alleges that Alexander refused to repeat comments he had made previously online and in public about his family.
The former commissioner further claims that Alexander, instead of addressing the accusations directly, chose to walk away. He accuses Alexander of using social media and public commentary as a shield for his attacks on Griffith and his family. Griffith has openly challenged Alexander to provide evidence for his accusations of stalking and pursuing young women.
