Authorities have detained Jahoun Rowlton Telesford, also known as Friday, under a preventive detention order linked to the state of emergency. Police say he is associated with the Killers and Sinners gang and has been tied to shootings, robberies, drug possession, and witness intimidation in central Trinidad. Investigators also allege he was found with firearm accessories and stolen vehicle parts.
