Residents on Lower Siewdass Road in Freeport have voiced out their increasing dissatisfaction over a persistently disrupted pipe-borne water supply from the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA). In the past two weeks, the households located in the lower section of the road have been dealing with a recurring water supply problem. The issue arises as the water supply is often cut off before it reaches those houses situated in the lower-lying area of the distribution line. The repeated disruptions have added burdens on households dependent on water for fundamental needs like cooking, cleaning, and sanitation. The residents are now requesting WASA to address the ongoing pressure issues and adjust their supply schedules to guarantee adequate service to all houses.
