Gayle Gander, a 60-year-old former English teacher and director of the performing arts center at Oconto Falls High School in Wisconsin, has been charged with 11 counts of sexual misconduct involving seven students. The incidents were reported to have occurred between March 2024 and December 2025. Gander, who lost his job following his arrest last month, faced court on a variety of charges, including five counts of sexual misconduct, three counts of exposing himself to a minor, and three counts of child enticement. He has been granted a $75,000 cash bond and his preliminary hearing is set for February 13th.
