Former AK Party member of parliament Ertan Aydın was detained again in Ankara following a new court order in the capital‑market investigation led by the Istanbul Republic Prosecutor’s Office. Aydın had previously been released under judicial control after the investigation into alleged irregularities in capital market transactions. After he appealed the judicial‑control decision, a capture order was issued, and he was re‑arrested in Ankara. The court subsequently imposed a detention order, and Aydın was taken into custody.
